Is MSFI a banker or broker?
We are primarily a mortgage banker due to better pricing and service. But we do realize that there are certain products that we do not have on the lending side. Thus, we allow brokering when needed.

Are we employees of Main Street Financial, Inc?
Yes, you are an employee of MSFI. Thus you are paid on a W2 and can take advantage of employee benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and 401k.

How are my branch expenses paid?
All branch expenses are paid out of your branch operating account. You will submit all expenses and invoices to our accounting department for payment.

What marketing help do you give your partners?
Our co-op marketing program includes everything from business card and stationery ordering to custom newspaper ads, radio scripts, brochures and help with web content. Through our marketing firm, we can offer a unified program customized for each partner.

How can you help me keep up with mortgage trends and products?
We stay continually updated on mortgage news, financial products and market fluctuations. The partner portal to our website includes access to subscription mortgage publications and on line input.

Will you supply me with press releases to use?
In addition to our corporate public relations program, we develop and tailor press releases, blog content and article writing for our partners.

May I have references from some of your present branch managers?
Checking with our partners is a good way to find out about exciting career developments with Main Street Financial. Upon receipt of your information, we will provide references.
